Tony Miles

Mr. Anthony “Tony” Miles, 62, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021, in Hanford, CA, where he was a longtime resident. Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 4th, at Vernon Assembly of God Cemetery, with Rev. Rob Faulk officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Miles was born June 20, 1958, in Louisville, MS. Tony spent most of his life as a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching Friday Night Smackdown, grilling for his family, and watching Nascar races. He was preceded in death by his parents, Audra and Udell Miles; a sister, Kathy Thompson; and two brothers, Jimmy Miles and Roy Miles. He is survived by his partner of 33 years, D’Anna Long of Hanford, CA; his daughters, Brittany Archuleta of Fresno, CA, Ashleigh Phelps of Ackerman, MS, and Davianne Miles of Hanford, CA; his sisters, Sharon Pearson of Canton, MS, and Sandee Phelps of Ackerman, MS; four grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Polo “Little Man”. Pallbearers will be Ryan Sweet, Christopher Miller, Elvis Allen, David Pearson, Joey Worrell, and Ralph O’Neal.
