Terressa Ward

Mrs. Terressa Gayle Ward, 63, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Winston Medical Center in Louisville. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 8th, at Murphy Creek Baptist Cemetery, with Rev. Hubert Yates officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Murphy Creek Baptist Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Terressa was born August 19, 1957, in Macon, MS. She was the owner of Yarbrough’s Garden Center, and a member of Murphy Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Selby K. Sullivan; and a sister, Alma Jolene Sullivan. She is survived by her husband, Danny Ward of Louisville; her daughter, Jolie (Jonathan) Eaves of Louisville; her son, Josh Ward of Deltona, FL; her mother, Archie Ree Whitehead Sullivan of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Chandler Foster, Dawson Eaves, and Hayze Eaves. Pallbearers will be David Gookin, Don Rogers, Chandler Foster, Jonathan Breazeale, Wes Breazeale, and Wade Breazeale. Memorials may be made to the Murphy Creek Cemetery Fund.
