Susan was born on April 24, 1960, in Greenville, MS, to Fabian Bon and Bonnie Yates Taylor. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed watching the wildlife around her home especially the birds. She even fed and made friends with a family of raccoons. Susan loved to socialize. She was never afraid to strike up a conversation with a random person while she was out running errands. She made many new friends this way. You could often find her in her recliner in the evenings with a crossword puzzle or word search while watching TV. Andy Griffith was one of her favorite TV shows. She also loved to spend time with her family and cook. We all looked forward to her cornbread dressing and giblet gravy during the holidays. She spent the last few years being cared for by her devoted husband of 22 years, Jimmy Presley.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Presley; a daughter, Michelle Rosamond (Joseph) Alford; two sisters, Sandra Dewberry Flake and Beth Thompson; a brother, David Johnson, Jr.; grandchildren, Dallas Dixon, Makayla Dixon, and Nikkie Howard (Cody Landrum); and great grandchildren, A. J. Landrum and Louis Glass.

Pallbearers will be David Yates, Kayden Yates, Dallas Dixon, Zachary Gatlin, Joseph Alford, and Cody Landrum.
