Robert Earl Conn, Jr.

Mr. Robert Earl “Robin/Fritz” Conn, Jr., 64, of Memphis, TN, passed away on August 30, 2021, in Memphis, TN. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 11th, at Conn Family Cemetery on Yellow Creek Road in Louisville, MS. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Conn was born June 21, 1957, in Memphis, TN, to Peggy Tomes Martin and Robert Earl “Billy” Conn, Sr. He was a graduate of Kingsbury High School in Memphis. He was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge / Al Chymia Shriner Temple and a member of the Hillbilly Brigade. He had worked as an Electrician and was a Member of the Local and International Unions. He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles, and was earning his pilot’s license to fly helicopters. He was a good and faithful father and friend always ready to help in times of need. He made and kept many friends for a lifetime. He is survived by a daughter, Misty L. Conn of Atoka, TN; a son, Christopher R. Conn of Memphis, TN; a sister, Barbara Martin Hall of Pontotoc, MS; and four grandchildren, Austin, Alexia, Gabriella, and Caiden. Memorials may be made to Al Chymia Shrine Children’s Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
