Mary Rose Moore

Mrs. Mary Rose Moore, 89, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2019, at The Orchard in Ridgeland, MS.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 19th, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.     omeHome      Mary Rose was born December 22, 1929, in Natchez, MS.  She was a homemaker, and a member of First Baptist Church.  She was also a member of the Louisville Garden Club.     She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. “Harry” Moore; her two sons, Jimmy Moore and Ricky Moore; her parents, Henry and Gladys White; her sister, Dorothy Richards; and four brothers, Henry Devon White, Thomas White, Alvin White, and James White.   She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Jackie Moore of Ridgeland, MS; her two granddaughters, Jamie Lee Moore and Mary Grace Moore; her great grandchild, Finley Nichols; her niece, Cindy Adamsky; and nephews, David Richards and Tommy Richards.       Memorials may be made to the Winston County Library.   To sign the guest register, go to www.porterfuneralhome.net.
