Mrs. Irene Fleming Quinn, 79, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. A graveside service and interment will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, December 28th, at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Noxapater, with Mr. Ashley Smith officiating. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Irene was born August 4, 1941, in Canton, MS, to Richard and Mable Laura Fleming. She was a retired CNA with the White River Agency Area on Aging. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bryant “Bill” Quinn, Sr.; her parents; and a brother, Gerald Fleming. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Quinn (Douglas) Wylie of Mountain View, Ark, Mary (Herman) Telgen of Strawberry, Ark, Paula (Eddie) Morgan of Pine Hill, AL; sons, Bryant (Pam) Quinn, of Louisville, and Eddie (Freida) Fleming of Hot Springs, Ark; two sisters, Flora Mae (Clyde) Phillips of Carthage, MS, and Lucretia (Homer) Purvis of Flora, MS; 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Charles Garrett, John Garrett, Kane Papalambros, Chip Phillips, Trace Phillips, and B. J. Quinn. Honorary pallbearers will be Austin Swindle, Dustin Cliburn, Dylan Cliburn, and David Pugh. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
