Mr. Harold Lee, Jr., 74, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at his home in the Nanih Waiya Community. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 22nd, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Jason Gross officiating. Interment will follow in Good Hope Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Harold was born November 12, 1946, in Macon, MS, to Virginia Holdiness Lee and Harold Lee, Sr. He was a graduate of Noxubee County High School, and then went on to Mississippi State University where he earned a business degree. He was the owner of Classic Cleaners, as well as Harold Lee & Sons Lime Company. Mr. Lee served in the Mississippi National Guard, and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Lee; his parents; and a brother, Larry Allen Lee. He is survived by his wife, Nan Suttle Lee of Louisville; his two daughters, Cameron (Mitch) Whitehead of Louisville and Amber (Justin) Yates of Louisville; two sisters, Shirley Eaves of Columbus, MS and Donna (Albert) Wolfe of Ackerman, MS; and five grandchildren, Bryton Yates, Peyton Carlisle, Will Whitehead, Hallie Yates, and Taylor Whitehead.
