Chuck Donald

Mr. Charles “Chuck” Frank Donald, Jr., 57, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 10th at Porter Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.  A private graveside service will follow.  Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.   Chuck was born August 11, 1960, in Louisville, MS. A member of First Baptist Church of Louisville, Chuck retired from Taylor Machine Works where he was Director of Operations. Chuck loved being outdoors especially working in his garden. Chuck was an avid MSU fan. He loved cheering on the Dawgs especially the lady bulldogs.   Chuck would do anything he could to help you out.  Chuck was a man of many talents.  He was a wonderful daddy, loving husband and friend.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Mittie Ann Donald; and father-in-law James Gillett     Mr. Donald is survived by his wife, Brenda Gillett Donald of Louisville; two daughters, Mallory Fleming (Taylor Fleming) of Brandon and Macy Green (Jack Green) of Madison; his father, Charles Frank Donald, Sr.; one sister, Mary Gwendolyn Donald Chandler (Michael Chandler) of Mantee; one brother, John Alan Donald (Kathy Donald) of Louisville; one grandson, Kevin Charles Fleming; his mother-in-law Dell Gillett, and sister- in-law Cassandra Fulton. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and other family members.     Pallbearers will be Taylor Fleming, Jack Green, Michael Chandler, Greg Sisson, Ed Lewis, and Wesley Donald.   Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
