Bobby Gene Eskridge

Mr. Bobby Gene Eskridge, 82, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at his home in Vestavia, AL. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 13th, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Porter Funeral Home. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Eskridge was born April 27, 1939, in Louisville, MS, the son of Totsie and Bob Eskridge. He was a truck driver and served in the National Guard of many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lynne Vickers Eskridge. He is survived by his children, Rob (Sheila) Eskridge of Triangle, VA; John (Frances) Eskridge of South Mills, NC; and Sharron (Tim) Stevens of Vestavia, AL; and his beloved grandchildren, Brandon Murphy, Natalie Murphy, Lauren (Jack) Gutschlag, Nathan Eskridge, Kayla Eskridge, and Emily Eskridge.
