Mrs. Flora Lucille Haggard Lee, 97, of Louisville, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Winston Medical Center Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19th, at Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. Johnny Collins, pastor, and Dr. Lee Castle, son-in-law, officiating. Visitation will be at the church on the day of the funeral from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery following the service. Mrs. Lee was born on October 20, 1919, in Winston County, Mississippi, to Edmond Presley and Ollie Townley Haggard. She and her late husband, Webb Pruitt Lee, enjoyed 75 years of marriage. Mrs. Lee grew up in the Shiloh community where she was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She and her husband were charter members of South Louisville Baptist Church and faithful long-time members of Calvary Baptist Church after moving to the Calvary community around 1955. Mrs. Lee loved her church and community family, and seeing to their needs as well as her own family were most important in her life. Mrs. Lee assisted her husband on the family farm and at Lee Tractor and Equipment Company, which they owned and operated for 25 years. Mrs. Lee is survived by daughters Jann Leone of Brashear, TX, and Kay Castle (Lee) of Olive Branch, MS; and son James Lee (Mary Anne) of Louisville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her parents, husband Webb Pruitt Lee, brothers Fred, Adrian, and William Haggard, and sisters Lillian McQuirter, Ollie Mae Littrel, and Clinton Pearson. Pallbearers will be grandsons Brian Leone and Phil Leone, and grandsons-in-law Donnie Virden, John McClatchy, Tim Smith, and Brian Clark.
