Mrs. Margaret Ann Luke Brauner, 82, died on Friday, January 13, 2017, at her home in Louisville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 16th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Childs officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at Porter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Margaret was born November 28, 1934 in Philadelphia, MS. She was a 1952 graduate of Louisville High School, and worked for many years as an executive secretary for Taylor Machine Works and Spartus Corporation. She lived in Slidell, LA for over 39 years and worked with Slidell Memorial Hospice. She moved back to Louisville in 2015, and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Dale Landrum and Ray Brauner; and her parents, Curtis and Mayzell Luke. She is survived by two daughters, Leanna Landrum Freeman and Jan Landrum, both of Louisville; two step-sons, Rusty (Nancy) Brauner of Slidell, LA, and David (Ann) Brauner of North Carolina; a sister, Gayle (Kline) Shepherd of Louisville, a brother, David (Linda) Luke of Greenville, MS; four grandchildren, Max Freeman, Landrum Freeman, Kurt Brauner, and Kris Brauner; and nieces and nephews, Renee Shepherd, Kim Shepherd, Curt Luke, Zach Luke, and Leslie Landrum.
