Mr. Pat Woodruff, 77, died Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Choctaw Residential Center in Philadelphia, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 5th, at Flower Ridge United Methodist Church, with Rev. Larry Haggard and Rev. Scarlett Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the service time at the church. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pat was born May 5, 1939, in Louisville, MS. He was a retired truck driver, dairy farmer, and produce salesman. He was a member of the Army Reserves, and a member of Flower Ridge United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline Covington Woodruff and Harry B. Woodruff; and his brother, Harry Woodruff. He is survived by his wife, Dot Whitehead Woodruff of Louisville, MS; his daughter, Donna (Ricky) Martinez of Louisville, MS; his son, Patrick (Nancy) Woodruff of Meridian, MS; two sisters, Joyce Barnett of Madison, MS, and Jan (Tony) Sloan of Louisville, MS; five grandchildren, Jeanne Luke, Taylor Martinez, Brody Woodruff, Dalton Luke, and Burt (Nicole) Martinez; and three great grandchildren, Jules, Javon, and Saynia Martinez.
