Keith Hudson

Mr. Keith Hudson, 80, died Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, December 18th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Larry Wissell officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 P.M. until the service time at Porter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Hudson was born October 10, 1935 in Louisville, MS. He was a graduate of Louisville High School, East Central Community College, and the University of Southern Mississippi, where he earned a BS in Business Administration and Accounting. He was the Vice President of Finance at Spartus Corporation, and also worked at the Mississippi State Tax Commission as an auditor. He also owned and operated Louisville Building Supply, and served on the board of directors for Sunburst Bank and the Winston County Hospital. Keith was a faithful member of West Union Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mavis Ingram Hudson and Harvey Lee Hudson. He is survived by his wife, Linda Ward Hudson; two sons, Cliff (Ann) Hudson and Kevin (Wanda) Hudson; a brother, Kenneth Hudson; and 6 grandchildren, Marla Hudson, Max Hudson, Logan Hudson, Belle Hudson, Taylor Hudson, and Jackson Hudson, all of Louisville, MS. Pallbearers will be Doug Hill, Danny Ward, Joe Ward, Dustin Pearson, Andy Bennett, and Jon Boyles. Memorials may be made to West Union Presbyterian Church, or the Alzheimer’s Association.
