Barbara Barnhill

Mrs. Barbara Ellen Barnhill, 77, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 21st, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Dewayne Kelsey officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until service time at Porter Funeral Home. Interment will be at a later date in Whitehead Cemetery. Mrs. Barnhill was born March 10, 1938, in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Barnhill, and her parents, Frances and John Gorla. She is survived by her daughter, Beth (Nathan) Goodin of Louisville; two sons, Scott (Michelle) Barnhill and Mark (Chan) Barnhill, both of Louisville; two sisters, Rita Hull of Sacramento, CA and Bernie Keating of Belton, MO; and six grandchildren, Kirsten (Josh) Golden, Savannah Goodin, Logan Goodin, Trent Barnhill, Turner Barnhill, and Miranda Barnhill. Memorials may be made to the Whitehead Cemetery Fund.
