Kathy Shaw

Miss Kathryn Arlene Shaw, 58, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 2nd, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Rob Faulk officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at Porter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Murphy Creek Cemetery. Miss Shaw was born June 22, 1956, in Tampa, Florida. She was a member of South Louisville Baptist Church. Kathy worked at Louisville Industries in Louisville, and at Willow Wood in Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Climeth Shaw. She is survived by two sisters, Krista Tackett and Karen Shaw, both of Louisville; aunts, Betty Shaw, Mary Shaw, Kathleen Nowell, Nita Hart, and Nellie Rogers; niece, Brady Long; and great nieces and nephews, Annie Long, Jessica Edwards, Austin Long, Trevor Brooks, Trevor McGuffie, and Evan Edwards. Memorials may be made to the Louisville Animal Shelter.
