Mr. Keaton A. Addkison, 73, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at his home in Louisville, MS. Funeral services will be held at 1100 A.M. on Friday, March 7th, at South Louisville Baptist Church, with Rev. Rob Faulk and Rev. Trent Jaudon officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Porter Funeral Home. Mr. Addkison was born March 15, 1940, in Louisville, MS. He was a 1958 graduate of Louisville High School, and attended East Central Community College, and Mississippi State University. Keaton retired after 24 years with Sysco Food Service, and later worked for US Foods. He served in the Mississippi National Guard. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and South Louisville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nannie Lou Hudspeth and Rosamond Addkison. He is survived by his wife, June Maxey Addkison of Louisville; a daughter, Bridget (Todd) Hodges of Louisville; a son, Brad (Haley) Addkison of Louisville; two brothers, Kenneth Addkison of Louisville, and Don Addkison of Preston; and four grandchildren, Chapin & Corbin Walters, Sydnee Addkison, and Jeanne Claire Hodges. Memorials may be made to South Louisville Baptist Church.
