Helen Quinn McGaugh

Mrs. Helen Quinn McGaugh, 87, died Tuesday, September 04, 2012, at Winston County Nursing Home in Louisville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 6th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. David Keen officiating. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. McGaugh was born June 22, 1925, in Winston County, MS. She was a retired employee of Spartus Corporation, and was a sitter for the elderly. She was a member of West End Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Derell McGaugh; her parents, Bessie Reed and Robert Quinn; and a daughter, Martha McGaugh Moore. She is survived by three sons, Alex McGaugh of Louisville, MS, Phillip L. McGaugh of Augusta, Maine, and Paul David McGaugh of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Bobbie Barnhill of Elk Grove, IL; and two brothers, Bill Quinn of Mountain View, AR, and Charles Quinn of Elk Grove, IL.
