Mrs. Jimmie Plummer Daly, 94, died Monday, March 19, 2012, at the Beehive Home in Louisville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 22nd, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Father Antone Lynch officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Porter Funeral Home. Mrs. Daly was born May 9, 1917, in Meridian, MS. She was a graduate of Mississippi State Teacher’s College (USM). She was a homemaker, and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mrs. Daly was an avid bridge player and musician. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Paul Daly, and a sister, Lillian Stanton. She is survived by three daughters, Paula Fulton of Louisville, Theresa (T. F.) Bridges of Louisville, and Mary Elizabeth (Charles) Haley of Grenada, MS; two sons, Mike (Dorothy) Daly of Raymond, MS, and Barney (Patti) Daly of Madison, MS; 8 grandchildren, Greg Fulton, Stephanie Horan, Jennifer Spell, Brad Bridges, Paul Haley, Morgan Daly, Katie Sherlock, and Hannah Daly; and 9 great grandchildren, Brandon Fulton, Skylar & Rhett Spell, Sarah, Bryce, Savannah, & Daly Horan, Ella Bridges, and Olivia Sherlock. Pallbearers are Greg Fulton, Brandon Fulton, Paul Haley, Brad Bridges, Bryce Horan, Randy Spell, Steve White, and David Wilson.
