Wanda Shinn Trusty

Mrs. Wanda June Shinn Trusty, 57, died Friday, February 3, 2012, at Starkville Manor Nursing Home in Starkville, MS. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 6th at Betheden Cemetery, with Rev. Jeff Morgan officiating. Interment will be in Betheden Cemetery. Mrs. Trusty was born June 15, 1954, in Macon, MS. She was a homemaker, and a member of Singleton Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Louisville High School, and lived in the Mississippi Delta most of her adult life. She is survived by her parents, William Thomas Shinn and Bettye Ruth Davis Shinn of Louisville; two daughters, Krista (Marcus) Burchfield Vowell of Starkville, and Kim (Judd) Burchfield Boswell of Forest; one son, Jason (Stephanie) Burchfield of Louisville; one sister, Brenda (Charlie) Shinn Wright of Louisville; eight grandchildren, Lauren Peterson, Peyton Wolf, Meghan Wolf, Brody Burchfield, Bella Burchfield, Mamie Rae Boswell, and Taylor Moody; and two nephews, one niece, and one great nephew.
