Paul Nance

Mr. Paul Michael Nance, 50, died Saturday, December 24, 2011, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December, 28th, at Porter Funeral Home, with Rev. Hiram Eaves officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Nance was a millwright; and a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Knights of the Templar, and the Scottish Rites. He was a member of East Louisville Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dot and Clarence Nance. He is survived by his wife, Ella Sue Carlton of Louisville; a daughter, Shasta (Nick) Dodd of Columbus, MS; a sister, Elaine (Eddie) Cole of Northport, AL; two step-sons, Will (Wendy) Brophy, and Brandon Thomas (Neisha) Brophy; his mother-in-law, June Strupe; two nieces, Holly Glasgow and Heather Friday; and 2 great nephews.
